This cable edge hat starts with a band of cabled stitches.  Once the band is joined into a circle, stitches are picked up & knit toward the crown.  It calls for a DK weight yarn — perfect for those luxury fibers.

Tame those circulars!  This Stitch Sampler will show off your knitting ability and hold your circulars as well.  It is 14 different stitch patterns worked into a rectangle, and uses any sport-weight non-stretchy yarn (the red version was made using a bamboo blend yarn).
