Welcome to CAROL WOOD knit/color.  This site includes my teaching schedule, a sweater gallery and the patterns I have available from time to time on Etsy or Ebay.

I am a knitter.  Because of this obsession, I have also gotten into dyeing, designing, pattern-writing and teaching.  Most of the sweaters I've designed have been done simply because I had an idea about a sweater I'd like to wear.  You can see these in the Gallery section of this site.  Because of my friends' and students' demands, I've also written some patterns for several items.  They're listed too.  The Sock Monkey pattern has made its way around the world.
